What we build
Phronosys is a technology product studio. We design, build, and operate our own software across four domains: Cardano blockchain applications, web platforms, automated infrastructure, and self-managed Kubernetes clusters.
The name is a reference to phronesis — the Aristotelian virtue of practical wisdom. We apply it to every product we ship: technical depth in the service of solving real problems, not demonstrations of cleverness.
How we build
We own what we ship. Every product runs on infrastructure we operate ourselves — under real production conditions, with real incident response and real postmortems. That ownership shapes how we write software: with the discipline of people who will be on-call for what they build.
We specify before we code. Every system starts with documented invariants, explicit interfaces, and testable criteria. What we release is designed to be understood, extended, and maintained — for the long term.

We build things that hold up under production conditions, not just in demos. No retrofitted fixes, no deferred reliability.
Technical Depth
We operate at the protocol level — smart contracts, kernel internals, cluster primitives. Depth is how we build products that hold up where surface-level tooling breaks down.
Long-term Ownership
We build to operate. The systems we ship are instrumented, documented, and designed to evolve. We don't abandon what we've launched.
